Further decision in the matter of taxi vs UBER: lead by Dieter Heine, the Vavrovsky Heine Marth Controversy-team obtained another positive decision for the Austrian taxi industry. The court found that the rental company could not show that the bookings of the fares are made via the company instead of directly with the driver. In addition, the court found that the UBER-partner violates the legal obligation to return to the permanent business location after each fare.
