Michael Schloßgangl has been an associate at VHM since October 2020 and supports the team specialising in Dispute Resolution around partner Dieter Heine.

Michael's focus is on strategic, out-of-court advice as well as legal representation before Austrian courts, in particular in the areas of general civil procedure and tort law.

In addition, he deals with copyright issues from the Viennese art scene and the accompaniment of national and international inheritance law proceedings.

Michael is also very familiar with the internal practices of the authorities responsible for trademark matters. He has pushed through numerous national and international trade mark applications and subsequently successfully defended against threatened infringements of existing trade mark rights.
