Miradel Fabro

Mira del Fabro is an associate at Vavrovsky Heine Marth and has successfully passed the bar exam in June 2023. Prior to her legal studies, she completed her architecture studies at the Vienna University of Technology and, after three years of professional practice in a Viennese architecture firm, she passed the civil engineer examination.

In the field of construction and real estate law as well as architectural law, Mira combines her legal expertise with her practical experience in the planning and local supervision of construction projects. Mira was able to gain professional experience in this field as a legal assistant during her law studies. 

One of her main areas of practice is construction law, where Mira applies her technical expertise in both in-court and out-of-court disputes. Here, she focuses in particular on the enforcement and defense of additional cost claims as well as warranty and damage claims in connection with themanagement of complex construction projects.
