MiriamSterrer

Miriam Sterrer is an associate at VHM and supports clients primarily in the planning and execution of property development projects. Her activities include legal advice from the planning phase to the drawing up of contracts and the sale of the individual properties to the establishment of condominium ownership and implementation in the land register. Her competencies also include obtaining approvals and handling trusteeships with financial institutions.

Miriam also assists clients in real estate transactions, tenancy law matters and in all matters relating to property purchase agreements.

During her studies, Miriam worked as a student assistant at VHM for several years and was involved in the legal casework of all teams.

During the summer months, she completed several internships and was thus able to build up a broad legal expertise. In addition, she completed a semester abroad at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, where she was able to perfect her English skills.
