Andreas Petschnig has been an associate at VHM since April 2023 and mainly supports the team of partner Dieter Heine in the area of Dispute Resolution / Litigation.

Prior to joining VHM, Andreas gained relevant experience as an associate with a renowned Austrian law firm in Vienna, where he mainly worked in the area of Dispute Resolution / Arbitration.

Andreas has been involved, as an associate, in numerous national and international court and arbitration proceedings covering a wide range of topics. Among other things, he gained deep insights into the complexity of international plant construction, from the client's as well as the contractor's point of view.

During his studies at the University of Vienna, Andreas completed numerous relevant internships in both the public and private sectors, as well as an Erasmus stay at the Univerzita Karlova in Prague.
