Daniel Gebauer has been a lawyer at Vavrovsky Heine Marth Rechtsanwälte since 2023 and is a permanent member of the real estate team specialising in national and international (real estate) transactions.

He advises clients on all legal issues in connection with the acquisition, sale, letting and management of real estate of all asset classes such as commercial, office and residential properties as well as hotels and retail parks.

In addition, he assists clients in construction law matters, corporate and company law aspects and financing issues associated with this field of advice.

In particular, Daniel has many years of experience in handling complex forward deal structures – both forward funding and forward purchase – and has recently assisted numerous national and international real estate funds in the implementation of such projects.
