Lisa Haslinger is a partner at Vavrovsky Heine Marth Rechtsanwälte and is head of the firm's office in Linz. Lisa has been a member of the team since 2015.
She specialises in real estate law and public economic law with a particular focus on construction law, regional planning, law governing industrial plants as well as EIA Law.
Lisa also advises clients regularly and comprehensively on real estate development projects. She brings special expertise in drafting of contracts related to project development, such as purchase agreements, building rights agreements, regional planning agreements, easement agreements and lease agreements (office, commercial and residential), and also represents clients before authorities and courts throughout the entire process in planning and permitting procedures.
