Lukas Lanzerstorfer is a partner at Vavrovsky Heine Marth Rechtsanwälte and has been part of  the team specialising in real estate since 2015.

As part of his legal practice, Lukas focuses on assisting property development projects (from the purchase of the property to the establishment of condominium ownership), property development (such as partition, cooperation agreements), property transactions and asset management.

He advises clients comprehensively and purposefully on the drafting of all contracts relating to the purchase and sale, letting of residential, office and commercial property. With his expertise, he also assists property developers and project developers in the preparation and processing of contract documentation – from obtaining the necessary permits/approvals to (individual) sales and the establishment of condominium ownership.

Together with partner Maria Grabner, Lukas heads the team handling projects under the Property Development Contracts Act (Bauträgervertragsgesetz).

Lukas is also experienced in the field of asset management from before his time at VHM.
