Maria Grabner is a partner at Vavrovsky Heine Marth Rechtsanwälte and has been a member of the team since 2016. With a prior focus on tenancy law, she has been a strong addition to the real estate team. She continues to devote herself to matters of tenancy law, in particular the drafting of tenancy agreements in residential, office and commercial properties as well as the comprehensive support of real estate projects – from acquisition and development to the utilization and sale of properties including the establishment of condominium ownership.
Maria places a great deal of emphasis on the supervision of property development projects and now heads the team for handling projects in accordance with the Property Development Contracts Act (Bauträgervertragsgesetz) together with partner Lukas Lanzerstorfer. In this context, she advises clients comprehensively on contract preparation and sale in accordance with the provisions of the Property Development Contract Act, drafting of contracts for the preparation of the projects (condominium contracts, management contracts, easement contracts) to the establishment of condominium ownership and the implementation of the projects in the land register, including issues relating to the Condominium Act and administration topics.
